My name is Megan, I’m 27 and I’ve been playing The Sims since 2001 (when Hot Date was released). My best friend at the time had it and I was HOOKED.
My first copy of The Sims was bootlegged from my cousin but after that I bought every Sims expansion without cheating. The same goes for Sims 2 and 3.
I was invited to beta test SimCity and also was fortunate to receive The Sims 4 CAS Demo.
I also play SimCity and used to play SimCity 4. Oh, and Sims Medieval (which I always forget about).
My biggest regret regarding these games is not continuing to learn how to mod after Sims 1 because, wow, I would feel so amazingly cool (and have a valid skill).

ReplyDeleteI've been playing the Sims since 2001 too; a friend let me borrow her play disc. After that I bought all the expansions, and the rest is history, lol. Happy Simming!

DeleteI'm really behind on my story reading; I only keep up with several from my "legacy list" up top. I was super involved when Sims 4 launched but I had trouble keeping up, then I got busy, and now I'm here. :P But I'll put you on my list! :)
